The Department Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the Store Manager in organizing the store and driving department activities. Key responsibilities include meeting KPIs, achieving assigned goals, and contributing to the store's overall success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Category Sales Management and Business Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the category business and develop strategic plans to drive growth.
  • Client Management: Deliver exceptional customer service, leverage clienteling tools, and implement CRM strategies to build customer loyalty.
  • Operations and Visual Merchandising: Ensure merchandize is properly managed, displayed, and stored, and maintain inventory accuracy and shrink rates.

Team Management and Development: Coach team members, motivate them to meet individual and store objectives, and conduct category training to enhance skills.

Requirements include 5 years of experience in a supervisor role in Fashion/Luxury Sales, a Master's Degree or equivalent, and strong selling and communication skills. Fluency in English is necessary, and a third language is a plus.
