Job Description:

We are seeking a Strategic Sales Planning Manager to join our Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for steering projects by providing insightful analysis on the sales processes across all of Auto1's European markets within our Auto1.com Sales Department.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify trends and opportunities for sales improvements
• Prepare compelling presentations for stakeholders
• Implement sales initiatives that align with market-specific needs and group-level objectives
• Conduct in-depth market analysis
• Drive the continuous improvement of sales processes and methodologies

Qualifications:
• 1–4 years of working experience in the automotive industry or in a fast-paced within a high-growth technology company would be highly beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in business studies or related fields
• Experience utilizing SQL, G Sheets and other tools to manipulate and analyze large, complex data sets
• Excellent organization skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
• English is mandatory, and knowing one language from Italian, Spanish, French, Polish, Romanian, or Dutch is a plus
