About the Role

As a Strategic Client Manager, Enterprise Solutions at ServiceNow, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and fostering strong relationships with our esteemed clients. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in client management, sales strategy, and leadership to drive revenue growth and exceed financial targets.

Job Summary

Our ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in client management, aligning account strategies to revenue opportunities, and leading virtual or matrixed teams. You will work closely with other ServiceNow teams to develop tailored solutions based on each customer's strategic outcomes, ensuring seamless delivery and outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and partnership to clients, serving as the relationship manager between customers and ServiceNow.
  • Work with other ServiceNow teams to develop solutions based on each customer's strategic outcomes while leading large virtual teams.
  • Oversee growth of global accounts, including development and deployment of worldwide resources.
  • Build trust and deep multi-tiered relationships through assigned clients' organization, from project/IT teams to CxO level.
  • Achieve financial targets set out for the assigned clients, including Licenses, Renewals, and Professional Services.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Extensive background in client management, aligning account strategies to revenue opportunities.
  • Solid experience as a Client Director or equivalent role with validated multi-million-dollar sales solutions experience and Executive-level relationship management.
  • Previous sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service, or IT Operations Management (within software or IT sales organizations).
  • Experience exceeding sales targets.
  • Leadership skills and ability to lead virtual or matrixed teams.
  • Understanding of broad, macro-level business IT needs for a prospective client.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
