We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Planning Coordinator for Electric Vehicle Market. Based in Italy, this role will play a critical part in supporting the growth of passenger cars in the Italian market.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Country Manager and collaborate with BYD Europe's planning and commerce department. Responsibilities include demand forecasting, production factory docking, and distribution planning to ensure a smooth process of supplying BYD products and providing customers with efficient and reliable services.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare compliance documents in accordance with established processes and regulations.
- Upload completed documents to the appropriate digital governmental platform.
- Coordinate and manage issues that arise during the process working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
