We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Electrification Solutions Specialist to join our team at Swish. This role is primarily focused on the Italian market, where you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of professional customers in the electric vehicle charging infrastructure sector (cars, buses, trucks). As a representative of our company, you will play a key role in building lasting relationships with customers, supporting them at every stage of their decarbonization projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target potential new B2B customers, leveraging your knowledge of the energy sector and/or electric vehicle mobility or charging infrastructure.
  • Manage and follow up with prospects throughout the sales process, ensuring seamless communication and effective solution implementation.
  • Develop the sales strategy, focusing primarily on logistics companies and vehicle fleets, to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, fostering partnerships and collaborations that benefit both parties.
  • Participate in events and trade shows to expand your network of contacts and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial research to contract conclusion, ensuring timely and successful project execution.
  • Negotiate contract terms, including financial aspects and service level agreements (SLAs), to secure favorable outcomes for both parties.
Profile Required:
  • Determination and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork attitude, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Degree in economics, marketing, or equivalent, with a solid understanding of the energy sector and/or electric vehicle mobility or charging infrastructure.
  • At least 5 years' successful sales experience, with a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • In-depth knowledge of the energy sector and/or electric vehicle mobility or charging infrastructure, as well as excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is essential, with knowledge of French being an additional asset.
