**Job Overview**

Servicenow is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Risk Sales Leader to drive the growth of our Risk and ESG Solution Sales team in the EMEA South region. This role requires a proven leader who can build high-performing teams, drive sales growth, and develop innovative risk solutions.

**About the Role**

We are looking for a talented individual with extensive sales leadership experience, particularly in the Risk/GRC domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing our go-to-market strategy, building a world-class GTM team, and driving market position. They will also partner with regional sales directors and general managers to achieve sales success and customer renewals.

**Key Responsibilities**

Developing the Go-to-Market Strategy:

  • Design and implement a multi-million dollar go-to-market model to build a line of business in one of the largest and most strategic markets in EMEA.
  • Be the #1 GRC technology provider in EMEA South, covering France, Spain, Italy, Israel, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and South Africa.

Building a High-Performing Team:

  • Develop a team of specialized sellers who can deliver innovative risk and ESG solutions to global and international clients.
  • Continuously improve team performance through coaching, training, and development.

Collaboration and Partnership:**

  • Partner with the Region's General Manager and Sales Directors to ensure sales success and customer renewals.
  • Lead executive-level strategic planning, sales programs, and operational cadence to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Extensive sales leadership experience in the Risk/GRC domain.
  • Strong drive for results and ability to collaborate and influence in a "Win as a team" environment.
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about the Risk & ESG domains.
  • Experience working in leadership roles within matrixed organizations.
  • Proven leadership skills inspiring people and building a business from start-up to scale.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills communicating and collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders at all levels within an organization.

**Salary:** £80,000 - £110,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + bonus scheme.
