AWS EMEA BD Leader, Growth Accounts

As a seasoned partner management and sales leader, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth in the EMEA region for AWS. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building partner business in the EMEA region, with a strong emphasis on select enterprise accounts with high growth potential. You will collaborate with partner executives, AWS sales and partner leaders, and other key stakeholders to drive greenfield business growth in the Asia Pacific and Japan (EMEA) region. Your key objectives will include collaborating with the WW team to land the growth account strategy in EMEA, establishing accountability and securing sponsorship of partner executives, and aligning with worldwide teams and its goals to foster a culture of innovation and execution. The successful candidate will have 15+ years of global experience in partner management and sales leadership, exceptional relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills at the executive level, and a proven ability to operate through influence. This role requires a dynamic and strategic thinker who can thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with WW team to land the growth account strategy in EMEA region
- Establish accountability and secure sponsorship of partner executives in EMEA
- Align with worldwide teams and its goals to foster a culture of innovation and execution
- Leverage data-driven insights to prioritize high-impact opportunities and optimize resource allocation for the EMEA region
- 15+ years of global experience in partner management and sales leadership
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills at the executive level
- Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives, and cross-functional teams or equivalent
- Proven track record of building partner business in the EMEA region
- Experience of thriving in rapidly evolving, ambiguous environments while driving cross-functional collaboration
