About the Role
The AWS Partner Organization (APO) aims to provide a cohesive and exceptional experience for customers working with our extensive network of over 100,000 partners. Our goal is to empower our builders to achieve success through this robust partner ecosystem. We view our partners as customers, and we're committed to achieving mutual success, earning trust, and establishing long-term, durable relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Worldwide team to land the growth account strategy in the EMEA region to significantly grow AWS's presence within a portfolio of enterprise accounts in the EMEA region.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with AWS Sales, AWS Partner Management, and other AWS stakeholders in EMEA to align on go-to-market strategies, partner engagement, and deliver customer outcomes.
- Establish accountability and secure sponsorship of partner executives in EMEA to drive increased sales velocity in select set of enterprise accounts.
- Align with worldwide teams and its goals, foster a culture of innovation, execution and continuous improvement.
- Leverage data-driven insights to prioritize high-impact opportunities and optimize resource allocation for the EMEA region.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of global experience in partner management and sales leadership, in the technology/cloud industry.
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication and stakeholder management skills at the executive level.
- Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives and cross functional teams or equivalent.
- Proven track record of building partner business in the EMEA region.
- Experience of thriving in rapidly evolving, ambiguous environments while driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven ability to operate through influence.
