Il nostro team di Account Management si occupa della gestione delle relazioni con i partner strategici di Grocery e Ristoranti.

Il ruolo dell'Account Manager è quello di gestire un portafoglio di partner importanti, comprendente i principali driver di vendita.

Le principali responsabilità dell'Account Manager includono:

  • Gestire un portafoglio di partner importanti, comprendente i principali driver di vendita.
  • Costruire e mantenere relazioni forti e a lungo termine con i partner.
  • Capire le esigenze e i obiettivi dei partner per fornire consulenza strategica e supporto.
  • Lavorare con altri dipartimenti (Marketing, Operazioni, Corporate, Servizio Clienti) per sviluppare e implementare piani e soluzioni per i partner.
  • Analizzare e manipolare dati per aumentare la crescita e la redditività, sia per i partner che per Deliveroo.
  • Guidare la crescita delle entrate attraverso l'incremento delle vendite, la vendita incrociata e l'identificazione di nuove opportunità di business.

Il candidato ideale per questo ruolo dovrebbe avere almeno 2 anni di esperienza in ruoli commerciali, conoscenza dell'industria alimentare e abilità di creare relazioni a lungo termine.

La conoscenza della lingua inglese è richiesta.
