We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team in Italy.
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing the On-Demand business in Italy, working closely with local AM teams and On-Demand HQ.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prioritize top accounts, identify solutions for each partner, and develop an action plan for targeting and pitching them.
- Build proposals and lead contract negotiations to establish a strong working partnership.
- Manage the activation and onboarding of partners during the implementation phase.
- Own the relationship with partners for everything related to the On-Demand solution.
- Share feedback from partners with product and operations teams to generate improvements.
- Monitor financials in the country, including pricing strategy, implementation costs, and continuous profitability.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Account Management and/or Business Consultancy.
- Problem solver, data-driven, analytical.
- Project management skills, proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
- Customer-oriented with strong commercial skills.
- Ability to understand complex software needs and translate between restaurant partners and technical teams.
- Fluent in Italian, working proficiency in English.
