Agicap, a pioneer in the financial management software space, is seeking an exceptional Strategic Account Implementation Manager to join our dynamic team. As part of our upmarket expansion, this central role will play a pivotal part in the structuring of our Key Accounts team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for structuring a new implementation approach for our strategic accounts, organizing and leading kick-off sessions, supervising technical processes, coordinating teams, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementation.
This is an ideal opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual who is passionate about financial management and is eager to contribute to the growth of a leading company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a new implementation approach for strategic accounts
- Organize and lead kick-off sessions for deploying new key accounts
- Supervise and coordinate technical processes for the setup of customized solutions
- Coordinate teams and ensure seamless collaboration
- Closely collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of professional experience in a management consulting firm, financial consulting firm, or as a deployment project manager
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to drive and engage project stakeholders
- Organizational rigor and project management skills
- Interest in financial issues and cash management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a high-growth environment
- Ability to work with diverse teams (sales, CS, marketing, product, etc.)
- Native Italian and fluent English
