EMEA Sales Operations Lead

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled EMEA Sales Operations Lead to join our team. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for driving sales operations and process improvements across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support EMEA Sales managers and Sales Strategy & Ops leaders in running sales processes aligned to day-to-day execution of the business.
- Drive implementation of new tools and processes to continuously improve productivity in sales teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional international teams to solve problems and deliver successfully against high standards.
- Analyze large sets of data and provide process improvement recommendations.
- Define, land and execute strategic priorities for the AWS CS EMEA business.
Requirements:
- Technical or financial background.
- Good programming and SQL skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience driving sales operations.
- Possession of strong business judgement and focus on operational inputs.
