**Job Overview**

Iqvia Italia, a leading pharmaceutical company with operations across 60 countries, is seeking a Commercial Operations Specialist to join its dynamic team. This role will be based in Milan and focus on supporting local sales efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide insightful data analysis and reporting on sales indicators per country/region/territory
  • Implement EMEA segmentation and targeting methodology within Italy, collaborating closely with sales management
  • Analyze and report on monthly sales performance and propose continuous improvement suggestions
  • Support the development and implementation of EMEA CRM system, ensuring optimal usage and accuracy of call recordings

**Requirements and Skills**

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis or related field
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in commercial roles
  • Experience with sales force effectiveness, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with expertise in MS Excel and CRM systems

**Salary Information**

The estimated annual salary for this position is €55,000 - €65,000, depending on experience. This figure includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within the company.
