We are seeking a Strategic Sales Leader to join our team in Italy. This is a unique opportunity to lead our sales and marketing efforts in the Italian market.

About the Role:

As a Director of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing brand awareness in Italy. You will lead a team of ten employees and be responsible for setting up, further developing, and managing a dedicated channel network of specialized distributors and dealers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Full P&L responsibility for all sales and marketing activities in Italy
  2. Providing proactive and dynamic leadership for a team of ten employees
  3. Set up, further develop, and manage a dedicated channel network consisting of specialized distributors and dealers
  4. Analyzing and identifying potential new market segments and clients
  5. Strategically developing the business and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and increase brand awareness
  6. Defining local mid- and long-term business plans

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced sales leader with a technical degree or degree in Business Administration. You should have very good knowledge in the field of selling technical products through channel partners and specialized dealers. You should also have sound experience in business development and key account management, preferably with P&L responsibility.
