Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planning and Marketing Manager to join our team in the Americas and APAC markets. As a key member of our Trade Marketing department, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective strategic planning and marketing initiatives.

Job Scope and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing analytical and data-driven approaches to drive Trade Marketing projects and budget allocation.
  • Defining and managing Capex budgets for America and APAC markets.
  • Leading quarterly Trade Marketing Reviews and Expense approvals with the CEO.
  • Managing the Digital Windows project for the Professional Solutions Channel.
  • Leveraging integration opportunities across Lenses Brands within the global Trade Marketing perimeter.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for Essilor Luxottica integrated projects in North America, supporting local commercial teams with trade marketing activities development, patient journey setup, and digital integration.
  • Coordinating new product and category launches in-store, ensuring timely execution aligned with Trade Marketing Strategy.
  • Maintaining project progress against deliverables/milestones, issuing status reports, and escalating breakdowns and issues as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Trade Marketing experience with a strong analytical background, coupled with knowledge of multinational company dynamics and product categories.
  • Project Management skills, including organization, multitasking, results-oriented work, creative problem-solving, and ability to meet strict timelines.
  • Effective communication skills, proficiency in project presentations, interpersonal relationships, and teamwork.
  • Economics and business development expertise, with experience in budget management.
