Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Strategic Business Development Manager to join our expanding Sales team. As a key member of the team, you will establish and maintain relationships with decision-makers at automotive Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and national sales companies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet quarterly objectives and drive business growth.
- Identify and target potential clients aligned with our overall strategy and industry trends.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at various levels within OEMs and national sales companies.
- Lead negotiations and manage the entire sales process, collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.
- Monitor and report sales performance regularly.
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B software sales, particularly in the automotive OEM sector, with sales experience in enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing practices in the automotive industry and digital transformation.
- Knowledge of SaaS, CRM, Digital Marketing, and e-Shopping platforms.
- Ability to lead and manage a sales team, accelerating sales cycles and closing complex deals.
- Fluency in English and Italian native language.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary and bonus based on results, estimated around €80,000 - €100,000 per year, plus 26 days of holidays and bank holidays. You will also have opportunities for individual training paths and professional development within the company.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time role, requiring 40 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday, with a field-based position and an office in Milan.
