About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Regional Sales Manager to drive our sales strategy and expand our customer base in the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to increase Panasonic's presence in the Italian market.
  2. Manage product lines including passive components, power electronics, electromechanical components, sensors, and wireless modules.
  3. Identify and acquire new business opportunities and understand emerging markets.
  4. Nurture customer relationships, provide technical consulting, and follow up on projects.
Requirements
  • Academic degree in business, electrical engineering, or a comparable field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales-driven position in a B2B environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge combined with commercial understanding and experience with passive components.
  • Excellent networking and presentation skills, with proficiency in Italian and English.
