Senior Business Development Manager, Italy

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in Milan. As a key member of our logistics business, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive commercial growth and expand our customer base.
With a strong background in sales and account management, ideally in the B2C express parcel delivery industry, you will be able to identify and close successful deals with Enterprise-level companies. Your ability to operate strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment will enable you to make a significant impact on our business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver Results: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our potential future strategic customers, understanding their needs and requirements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Product Management and Technical, to relay market needs and requirements.
- Dive Deep: Analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance end-user experiences and reduce costs.
