Siamo alla ricerca di un Business Development Manager che possa sviluppare il commercio per la nostra società Knet Human Resources. Il candidato ideale sarà in grado di creare nuove opportunità commerciali e gestire i contatti con i clienti potenziali.
I compiti principali includono:
1. Creazione di nuove opportunità commerciali attraverso la gestione personale dei contatti con i clienti potenziali e visite ai loro uffici.
2. Rilevazione e condivisione con i potenziali clienti degli interessi nel settore delle risorse umane e consulenza per delineare il servizio più adatto alla realizzazione.
3. Reporting verso la direzione con monitoraggio dei KP.
Requisiti: laurea e master in risorse umane, esperienza pluriennale maturata in analoga posizione, conoscenza settore HR e dei principali trend di mercato e settori merceologici.
Conoscenze linguistiche: livello B1/B2 inglese è preferibile.
L'offerta include un contratto a tempo indeterminato con retribuzione competitiva basata sull'expertise e seniority maturata. La sede di lavoro è Milano o Torino, e l'orario di lavoro è full-time con formula ibrida sede + smart e flessibile da condividere.
