Job Summary

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to expand the market share and acquire new clients, leveraging strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Identify high-value-added sales opportunities and strategic partnerships, promoting innovative industrial refrigeration solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with technical, sales, and marketing departments to define business objectives and respond effectively to market needs.
  • Plan and monitor sales and business development goals, ensuring alignment with company KPIs.
Key Requirements
  • Proven track record in business development and sales, preferably in the industrial refrigeration sector.
