Cloud Business Development Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Cloud Business Development Manager to join our team at Groupe iliad. This role will be based in Milan, Italy.
About the JobThis is a key position within our organization, and we are seeking an experienced professional who can effectively manage and grow key accounts while finding new opportunities in prospect accounts.
The successful candidate will work closely with other departments to ensure that all client requirements are met, and that our clients receive the highest level of service possible.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of accounts (full sales cycle) to increase monthly consumption of our cloud solutions.
- Create and innovate on prospecting techniques to stay ahead of the curve.
- Enrich and maintain Salesforce Database to ensure seamless processes.
- Collaborate with Marketing, BDRs, and Sales Solutions Architect to provide the best customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Provide regular reports to management on key account activity and performance.
- Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and provide adapted solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and work with the Marketing team to develop strategies to win new business.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in the Tech Industry, specifically in Cloud, software/SaaS editor, and IT services companies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English, with a third language being a plus.
We offer a competitive salary range of €50,000 - €70,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits and career development opportunities.
