About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Country Business Development Manager to join our team in Italy. This is an exciting opportunity for a business-savvy individual with a passion for driving growth and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base
  • Pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market research
  • BUILD strong relationships with key stakeholders, including financial directors, payment directors, and general managers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and product offerings that meet customer needs
  • Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and industry trend monitoring to stay ahead of the competition
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, pipeline activity, and CRM data
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, finance, marketing, etc.)
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial markets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce
  • Fluency in English (French is a plus)
