Sales and Business Development Manager for Northern Italy

As a Sales and Business Development Manager for Northern Italy, you will play a key role in acquiring and developing new clients, building relationships with existing customers, and staying ahead of the competition. Your goal will be to grow InfoJobs' business in the region, working closely with the Corporate Sales team to achieve this objective.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the Italian market and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients. They will be fluent in English, motivated to meet and exceed sales targets, and flexible to travel for work.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to acquire and develop new clients in Northern Italy
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
  • Collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience and drive business growth
  • Negotiating contracts with prospects and managing communication between customers and internal teams

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and business development, with a focus on the Italian market
  • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible to travel for work and willing to relocate to the Milan area
