Micahel Page International Italia S.r.l. is seeking a seasoned sales professional to fill the role of Country Sales Manager for Italy. As a vital member of our EMEA Sales Team, you will drive business growth and expansion in the Italian market, focusing on increasing sales and profitability.
Main Responsibilities:
- Define and implement a comprehensive business strategy to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability in Italy, working closely with the Management team.
- Identify, evaluate, and capitalize on new business opportunities, emphasizing opening new customers, distribution channels, and product categories.
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with key partners and customers, ensuring sustained growth and improved visibility, brand presence, and market share.
- Propose, coordinate, and supervise commercial and promotional activities in the territory, working with various company teams and agents.
Requirements:
- University degree and minimum 5 years' experience in a responsible position in sales or business development, preferably as Country Manager, in related sectors.
- Demonstrable knowledge in business project management in the contract and interior design sector (residential and hospitality).
- Proven experience in successfully opening new customers and distribution channels, with a strong focus on results and achievement of business objectives.
