About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team and drive revenue growth. You'll be responsible for managing and coordinating our Sales Teams to achieve targets and develop our partner base using Glovo's growth assets and tools.

Your Mission:

  • Develop and execute commercial team growth strategies for the country to increase net sales, market share, and net-new revenue.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales dream team, training and improving them to reach ambitious goals in a hyper-growing tech company.
  • Establish clear development paths with defined goals and actions for your team members.
  • Evaluate performance, handle difficult conversations, and develop talent to ensure team engagement and retention.
  • Own the pipeline quality and productivity through lead assignment with the Market Intelligence team.
  • Analyze results, identify areas for improvement, and drive positive changes.

What You'll Bring to the Ride:

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in managing high-performance commercial teams.
  • Results-driven, strategic thinker, with strong leadership and business fundamentals.
  • Prior work experience in a startup or high-demanding environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication abilities with the ability to influence and drive change.
  • Native Italian and English full professional proficiency.

Glovo offers a competitive estimated salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This estimate is based on national averages and may vary based on factors like cost of living, industry standards, and specific company requirements.
