Digital Sales Leader for Amazon Ads

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Executive to drive the success and growth of Amazon Ads. Our innovative ad solutions help businesses build brand awareness, increase product sales, and more.
As a Digital Sales Leader for Amazon Ads, you will be responsible for selling our advertising solutions and driving sales across multiple platforms to mid-to-large brand and performance advertisers and their agencies. You will take full ownership of a digital advertising vertical, working with both existing and prospecting clients and be responsible for their long-term growth.
The ideal candidate will have a good breadth of sales experience, preferably within the digital space, and a consultative selling style. Strong organizational skills are also desired to build trust in a new business environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding Amazon's advertising opportunities and tools to deliver relevant advertising solutions to advertisers;
- Driving deals to closure in a new business environment and retaining and growing revenue from existing advertisers;
- Working closely with internal teams, such as retail, account management, and marketplace;
- Staying up-to-date on e-commerce industry trends and competitive environments;
- Utilizing sales CRM tools to track account information and forecast quarterly quota goals;
Bachelor's or master's degree in sales/marketing is required, with sales experience in advertising, media, or agency landscapes preferred. Proficiency in using sales CRM tools like Salesforce is also essential.
A strong ability to independently deliver against short-term and long-term goals, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and a data-driven approach to providing solutions are also key requirements. Fluency in English is mandatory, while knowledge of Italian is a plus.
