Senior Sales Executive
About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Milan, Italy. As a key member of our commercial development team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities in the Amazon logistics business.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and close successful deals with strong prospects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential future strategic customers
- Collaborate with internal Amazon teams to relay market needs and requirements
- Measure performance, analyze root causes, and identify improvement areas
- Develop and implement solutions to improve end-user experiences and accelerate organization performance
- Bachelor's degree
- Extensive experience in business development, sales, and account management
- Demonstrated ability to manage commercial relationships with Enterprise level companies
- Ability to operate strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Strong ownership and bias for action
- Excellent communication skills and ability to advise senior leadership
- Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goals
- MBA
- Experience in the B2C parcel delivery industry
- Expert use of MS Office Suite, CRMs, and sales and marketing automation tools
