Senior Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Milan, Italy. As a key member of our commercial development team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities in the Amazon logistics business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and close successful deals with strong prospects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential future strategic customers
  • Collaborate with internal Amazon teams to relay market needs and requirements
  • Measure performance, analyze root causes, and identify improvement areas
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve end-user experiences and accelerate organization performance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Extensive experience in business development, sales, and account management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage commercial relationships with Enterprise level companies
  • Ability to operate strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Strong ownership and bias for action
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to advise senior leadership
  • Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goals
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA
  • Experience in the B2C parcel delivery industry
  • Expert use of MS Office Suite, CRMs, and sales and marketing automation tools
