We are seeking a highly skilled Food Ingredients Sales Leader to join our team in Northern Italy. This exciting opportunity will involve driving sales growth and establishing a strong presence in the Italian market.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our business operations in Italy, overseeing sales strategy and development, and building strong relationships with food producers. As a key member of our international team, you will work closely with suppliers and colleagues to drive growth and success.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a Degree in Food Technology and at least 3 years' experience in the food industry. You will possess excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to motivate and guide employees. Fluency in English and Italian is essential, with good negotiation and problem-solving skills also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze market trends and product ranges to identify new opportunities
  • Develop strong relationships with food producers and suppliers
  • Create sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Visit customers in Italy to understand their needs and provide value-added solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Food Technology (must have)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the food industry
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to motivate and guide employees
  • Fluent in English and Italian
What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, plus vehicle allowance and business tools.
