We are seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Executive for Advertising Partnerships in Italy to join our team. As a key member of our commercial sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and managing relationships with key clients.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in advertising sales, with strong relationships with media agencies and non-endemic advertisers in Italy. You will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, developing strategic plans with partners, and overseeing account growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, ensuring consistent growth in relevant revenue streams.
  • Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities with media agencies and non-endemic advertisers.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage data, insights, and measurements to build plans which achieve customer goals and objectives.
  • End-to-end ownership of the growth of the commercial relationship with your book of business.
  • Work closely with internal functions to plan, deliver, and report on all campaigns.
  • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges in the Italian market.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market insights, and client feedback to the senior leadership team.

In this role, you will be based in Milan (with flexible, hybrid working), reporting to the Global Client Partner Lead in our HQ in London, UK.
