At Prometeia, we are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team in Milano Precotto or Bologna office. This exciting opportunity allows you to be part of a dynamic company that innovates and grows with your work and skills.
Prometeia is a European leader in Enterprise Risk Management and Wealth & Asset Management solutions. We have over 1000 professionals working for more than 500 clients in 20 countries around the world. Our client base includes financial intermediaries, which provides a unique chance to develop your expertise in this area.
The successful candidate will support the Product Owner in the development of Wealth & Asset Management solutions. Key responsibilities include:
- Servicing as a liaison between product owners and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Providing input on business and technical requirements
- Maintaining and updating product documentation, including user stories and acceptance criteria
We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Our Total Compensation package also includes a comprehensive Welfare Plan and benefits such as remote working, training opportunities, and a win-win policy for referrals.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Master's degree in economics, finance, statistics, or management engineering
- Experience in a consulting company in the banking sector or Asset Management, Wealth Management/Private Banking areas
- Good knowledge of English language
- Experience with Agile Software Development and Public Cloud AWS
