About the Role

">

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year to the successful candidate. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing our offers to build the right sales strategy with high added value for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

">

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
• Manage and develop your network and business development activities
• Build customer loyalty by listening to their needs
• Conduct negotiations with our business leads or customers, identifying all the issues involved in the project with a view to signing the contract
• Accompany the customer throughout project implementation
• Work closely with CAP INGELEC's Delivery department to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

">

Graduated from a Business or an Engineering school with a minimum of 10 years' experience in a Business Development position on design and construction projects, you have strong skills on business plan organisation and negotiation.
