We're seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team in Milan, Italy. As a key member of our account management team, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our top restaurant partners.

About the Role:

  • Become the primary point of contact for our restaurant partners, providing strategic guidance and support to help them achieve their business goals.
  • Analyse data to identify opportunities for growth and profitability, both for our partners and for Deliveroo.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised solutions that meet the unique needs of each partner.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and negotiation skills to drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management and/or consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
