Job Description
This Senior Account Manager will manage and grow relationships with Deliveroo's top restaurant partners in Italy. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to develop customized solutions and drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant partners.
• Understand partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customised solutions to meet partners' needs.
• Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in account management and/or consulting, strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, good analytical skills, and the ability to understand and articulate complex business challenges.
