Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Development and Growth Strategist to support our business development activities in Italy. The ideal candidate will have fluency in Italian and English, analytical skills, and experience with project management and business consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research on competitors, prospects, new product offerings to identify opportunities for business development and improve customer experience on existing programs.
  • SUPPORT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES WITH AD-HOC ANALYSES AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF COMMERCIAL PROPOSALS.
  • Develop specific and successful business development strategies for Italy to achieve incremental growth, focusing on Telecommunications, OEM's, Retail, and E-tail and banking clients.
  • Support the design and project management of new programmes as the key point of contact internally for Solution and Implementation.
  • Monitor commercial performance, conduct in-depth analyses, and identify opportunities to improve commercial performance and efficiencies.
  • Increase programme(s) performance (attachment rate) for assigned client, being the primary or secondary contact working in collaboration with Account Management Team.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Analytical background and ability to manipulate data and extract clear insights.
  • Prior experience with modelling and planning scenarios, analysing results, creating plans for improving results, and implementing and tracking the plan.
  • Project Management skills delivering customer change projects.
  • Prior experience identifying opportunities to grow the business and improve commercial goals.
  • Broad, current knowledge of developments within the insurance and financial sectors and the markets in which our partners operate.
  • Degree in Business Administration/Financial or similar.

Benefits:

A competitive salary range of €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a bonus scheme, company car, mobile phone, laptop, internal wellbeing programme, learning and development opportunities, and more.
