About iGenius

iGenius is an Italian AI company that develops language models and AI solutions tailored for highly regulated industries, including financial services and government.

We're looking for a Sales Growth Strategist to join our team in Milan. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience selling software/SaaS, enterprise license agreements across multiple lines of business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BUILD CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS WITH ENTERPRISE BUSINESSES within a specified region
  • PROSPECT (via email, phone, & partner ecosystem), develop, and close business within a timely manner while focusing on the clients' requirements
  • Negotiate and close agreements with Clients and support new customers through our onboarding process
  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives, product prioritization, partner enablement and interact daily with executive leadership

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience (5+ years) of successfully selling Software/SaaS, Enterprise license agreements across multiple lines of business
  • Experience focused on generating new business within Enterprise accounts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environment
  • A fluent knowledge of both Italian and English
