Panasonic Industry Europe GmbH offers a dynamic opportunity for a Senior Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth in Italy. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
About the RoleThis is a strategic sales position that requires developing and executing sales plans to expand Panasonic's customer base in Italy. Key responsibilities include:
- Driving a strategic sales plan that expands Panasonic's customer presence in the Italian market
- Product responsibility for all passive components, power electronics, electromechanical components, sensors, and wireless modules
- Identifying and acquiring new business opportunities and understanding new markets
The successful candidate will have:
- An academic degree in business, electrical engineering or comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales-driven position in a B2B environment
- A technical mindset combined with commercial understanding and know-how of passive components
- Solution-orientation, customer focus and accountability
- Strong networking and presentation skills as well as excellent listening skills
- Proficient in Italian and English
- A willingness to travel and hold a valid driving license
