About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Development Manager to join our Italian Sales team. This exciting opportunity lies within our retail sector, where you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead key accounts in North Italy, maintaining and strengthening relationships with clients.
  • Develop and implement annual operating plans, ensuring client profitability and campaign success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business solutions.
  • Forecast and analyze monthly sales, providing insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • College Degree or Master's Degree required.
  • At least 4 years of proven experience in sales roles.
  • Ownership attitude, ability to learn through new challenges, and lead independently.
  • Data-driven and analytical approach.
  • High proficiency in English.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
