About the Position
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Development Manager to join our Italian Sales team. This exciting opportunity lies within our retail sector, where you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead key accounts in North Italy, maintaining and strengthening relationships with clients.
- Develop and implement annual operating plans, ensuring client profitability and campaign success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business solutions.
- Forecast and analyze monthly sales, providing insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- College Degree or Master's Degree required.
- At least 4 years of proven experience in sales roles.
- Ownership attitude, ability to learn through new challenges, and lead independently.
- Data-driven and analytical approach.
- High proficiency in English.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
