We are looking for a Senior Sales Development Manager to join our automotive team in Italy. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business plans to enable accelerated sales growth in assigned automotive Tier-1 and/or OEM accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive sales growth in the Italian market.
  • Manage commercial activities and coordinate technical, logistic, and quality discussions with key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to understand competitive landscape and implement strategic actions.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and product roadmap update meetings at existing customers.

This role requires a proven record of accomplishment in key account management, especially in the automotive ECU and/or electrification (xEV) areas. We are looking for candidates with strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and a self-motivated personality.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or related fields to power electronics.
  • Minimum 3 years of successful key account management experience in automotive component business.
  • Strong ability to handle commercial and technical discussions.
  • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal & presentation skills.

The estimated salary for this position is €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
