Overview:

Page Personnel is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Manager to join our team in Milan. This role presents an exciting opportunity to grow your career and take on new challenges.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Sales Development Manager to generate leads, make sales calls, and continuously update our CRM database. You will be responsible for meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while managing projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing accounts portfolio
  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
  • Researching prospects and generating leads.
  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
  • Operating as the point of contact for assigned customers
  • Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with accounts
  • Making sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
  • Communicating client needs and demands to employer company
  • Forecasting and tracking client account metrics
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
  • Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
  • Building and maintaining a CRM database.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Degree
  • Fluent English and French
  • Previous experience in airways companies

What We Offer:

As a Sales Development Manager at Page Personnel, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately €50,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
