Sales Development Manager

Your Role
Are you a skilled sales professional with a passion for building strong relationships and driving business growth? Do you have a proven track record of identifying and establishing new customer relationships, as well as cultivating existing customer networks to increase sales performance?
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for:
- Focusing on selling value-added products, solutions, and IoT systems to achieve financial objectives, including sales targets and market share objectives.
- Identifying potential customers for Tridonic Italia and developing strategies to promote our products in the region.
- Developing professional relationships with System Integrators, System Partners, and other key stakeholders to initiate and increase commercial activities.
- Meeting with end-users to demonstrate the benefits of using Tridonic components and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Developing project concepts to meet or exceed customer requirements and specifying our brand.
- Training designers and distributors to understand how to implement our solutions and minimize after-sales complaints.
Your Profile
We are looking for a sales professional with:
- A strong understanding of the lighting technology industry and construction sector, with relevant experience in a solution sales-based role.
- A proven track record of profitable long-term business partnerships and strong commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to negotiate and build strong relationships.
- A natural ability to work closely with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- The ability to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- High-level computer skills, including MS Office and SAP, and full professional proficiency in Italian and good English skills.
