Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team at Ik Interklimat S.P.A. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing initiatives

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of sales experience in the refrigeration industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and a third language (French or German)
