Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Growth Manager to drive top-line growth and market share gains within the region. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and leadership skills.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a highly motivated sales professional to own and execute upon regional sales strategies, leveraging their expertise in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. The ideal candidate will have experience in Non-Destructive testing and a strong ability to balance short-term objectives with longer-term strategic goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with global commercial team priorities.
  • Identify target customers and key accounts in focus verticals, building multi-stakeholder relationships.
  • Prioritize customer engagement across the region through voice of customer feedback.
  • Leverage solutions selling methodology to deliver consistent market growth.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Degree-educated or extensive sales/KAM experience.
  • Excellent language skills (verbal and written): Italian and English.
  • Strong CRM/Funnel management skills and methodology.
  • A bias for action with strong results orientation.
What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 depending on experience, as well as attractive employment conditions, remote working flexibility, and a package of benefits. You will also have opportunities to develop within the Fortive group and sister operating companies.
