Job Summary

Nh Italia Spa is seeking a highly skilled Regional Director of Revenue Management to lead our regional RM team in maximizing revenues, market share, and profit. This role reports directly to the BU Director of Revenue and requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the region's yearly 2-year revenue strategy and budget processes, communicating key risks and opportunities to DRM and strategic analyst.
  • Revenue Steering and Optimization: Ensure all team members apply RM methods, processes, and tools, focusing on inventory management, dynamic pricing, and channel management.
  • Team Leadership: Build a strong team, recruit new talents, develop team competence, and review each member's performance regularly.
  • Pricing and Yield Guidelines: Collaborate with BU and HQ to review and define pricing and yield guidelines for rates, room types, and customer segments annually.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Management, including at least 3 years as a hotel Revenue Manager in a primary destination with significant income.
  • Proven track record of revenue growth and excellent leadership capabilities.
  • Fluency in English and Italian, with intermediate Excel skills and knowledge of TMS4Hotels or other hotel CRS and PMS systems.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately €80,000 - €120,000, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
