Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth and expansion in the Italian market for Panasonic Automotive Systems Europe.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to increase customer base and establish a strong presence in Italy.
  • Lead product responsibility for passive components, power electronics, electromechanical components, sensors, and wireless modules.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and emerging markets.
  • Nurture customer relationships, provide technical consulting, and ensure project follow-up.

Requirements

  • Academic degree in business, electrical engineering, or a comparable field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales-driven positions within a B2B environment.
  • Combination of technical knowledge and commercial acumen, with expertise in passive components.
  • Solution-oriented, customer-focused, and accountable.
  • Excellent networking and presentation skills, with proficiency in Italian and English.
  • Ability to travel, with a valid driving license.
