Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Panasonic Automotive Systems Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base and strengthen our presence in the Italian market.
  • Be responsible for all passive components, power electronics, electromechanical components, sensors, and wireless modules.
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities and understand new markets.
  • Understand customer requirements commercially and technically, nurture your customer base, and provide technical consulting and project follow-up.

Requirements

  • Academic degree in business, electrical engineering, or comparable qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales-driven position in a B2B environment.
  • Technical mindset combined with commercial understanding and know-how of passive components.
  • Solution-orientation, customer focus, and accountability.
  • Strong networking and presentation skills, as well as excellent listening skills.
  • Proficient in Italian and English.
  • Willingness to travel, driving license required.
