As a Regional Sales Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will have the opportunity to drive incremental growth for the Chemical Analysis Division's Environmental & Process Monitoring business in South- and East Europe.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with direct and indirect customers to create and maintain a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities, developing and maintaining Go-To-Market plans for the region, and understanding the strengths and vulnerabilities of major competitors.

Additionally, you will be responsible for being creative in finding ways to close deals based on a 'must-win' mentality, and possessing strong technical knowledge of the chemical and/or environmental industry and experience selling in those markets.

Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree, 5+ years of sales experience with a documented track record of success, and 2+ years of experience as an indirect people and/or distribution manager.

Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing, are essential, as well as strong organizational and time management skills.

The Chemical Analysis Division features innovative analytics, from lab to line to field, serving a wide breadth of industrial markets including pharmaceutical, food and beverage, environmental, process minerals, mining, coal, cement, and metals, as well as academic, government, safety, and security.

Location Of The Role:

The Regional Sales Manager can be based out of Italy (preferred), Spain, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, or Poland.
