Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the Italy centre region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our market share in the assigned business segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business targets and expand our market share in the assigned business segment.
  • Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to ensure effective sales execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with policymakers and stakeholders to influence the regional healthcare system and drive business growth.
  • Manage the sales funnel and ensure that all tenders are properly mapped and prepared.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with the marketing plan and its implementation.
Requirements:
  • University degree or equivalent experience in sales management or a related field.
  • Native Italian language skills and fluency in English.
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales management roles, with a minimum of 5 years in the IVD industry.
  • 3-5 years of experience in people management, with a focus on sales teams.
  • Direct experience in Hematology and/or Haemostasis is a plus.
  • Experience in sales processes, CRM, and sales funnel management.
  • Management capacity and leadership skills.
  • Product knowledge and expertise in the IVD industry.
  • Project management skills and familiarity with P&L.
  • Decision-making skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
