About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Manager to join our team at Lotus Bakeries. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing account plans that drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement account plans that align with the company's strategy and goals.
- Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with key customers.
- Translate the company's brand strategy into actionable plans for customers.
- Monitor and manage administrative, logistical, and financial issues with customers.
- Develop and implement profitable pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies.
- Manage customer relationships and contracts to achieve commercial objectives.
- Collaborate with Category Management to develop and implement key business levers.
- Work closely with field sales to develop effective market approaches.
- Analyze and translate market data to inform business decisions.
- Build and maintain a strong network within the FMCG market.
Requirements:
- University degree in an economic field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG.
- Knowledge of Italian trade structure and Italian retail.
- Understanding of sales process dynamics.
- Good knowledge of IRI/GFK Execution.
- Affinity with numbers.
- Fluent in written and spoken Italian, good understanding of English.
Location: Based in or around Naples, with frequent travel required (70%).
