Job Title: Sales Account Manager - Regional Consumer Brands

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly engaged and open-minded Sales Account Manager to help us achieve our ambitious revenue and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop successful business relationships with new and existing clients to establish DSM as a key partner.

Negotiate with clients to obtain briefs for profitable business.

Anticipate client needs and lead proactive projects to generate new business opportunities.

Identify gaps and needs in client portfolios and set up proactive plans to increase and defend market share.

Partner internally with cross-functional teams to create holistic value propositions for clients.

Requirements:

University degree in Economics, Marketing & Sales or related field.

5-7+ years' experience in a similar role and a good network in Consumer and Fragrance Market.

Passion for sales, proven negotiator, ability to develop successfully client relationships and prepare and deliver presentations to clients.
