Job Description

As a Regional Account Manager Centro at Lotus Bakeries, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an account plan in line with the company's strategy. This will involve translating the brand strategy at the customer level, monitoring and managing administrative, logistical, or financial issues, and developing a profitable price, packaging, and promotional strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an account plan in line with the Lotus Bakeries strategy
  • Translate the brand strategy at the customer level
  • Monitor and manage administrative, logistical, or financial issues
  • Develop a profitable price, packaging, and promotional strategy
  • Work closely with Category Management to develop and implement key leverages
  • Collaborate with field sales to translate the range and promotional initiatives in clear KPIs
  • Build and maintain an effective network within the FMCG market
  • Analyze and translate all relevant market data

Requirements

  • University degree (Bachelor or Master), preferably in an economic direction
  • Min. 5 years FMCG experience
  • Knowledge about Italian trade structure inside Italian Retail
  • Understanding of Sales Process dynamics
  • Good knowledge on IRI/GFK Execution
  • Affinity with numbers
  • Fluent in written and spoken Italian, good understanding of English (written and spoken)
